The Embassy of the United States of America in Wellington is seeking an experienced and efficient professional for the position of Housing Coordinator.

The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering comfortable, safe, secure, and policy-compliant housing to U.S. Embassy Wellington’s housing pool customers. This entails maintaining an effective housing pool, preparing and proposing housing assignments, coordinating the actions of the Interagency Housing Board, executing make-ready activities, and resolving maintenance requests lodged by occupants.
