Space for Planet Earth Challenge
Space was cool before it mattered. Do you know what else is cool & matters? SpaceBase‘s Space for Planet Earth Challenge.
Using space technologies to find new and innovative solutions to address climate change issues is more important than ever – particularly for our Pacific neighbors. We are proud to support the Space for Planet Earth Challenge to encourage High School, University and Start-up level innovators to leverage space technologies to address Carbon Sequestration and Coral Health.
Alongside Christchurch Mayor Lianne Dalziel, Emeline Paat-Dahlstrom (Co-Founder & CEO, SpaceBase), and Mike Safyan from Planet Labs, Wes Jeffers from the U.S. Embassy opened this important challenge.
Applications are officially open to address our climate emergency: https://spacebase.co/.
